There are unmarked spoliers ahead. Don't say I didn't tell you so!

Apollo Justice
Japanese Name: Odoroki Housuke
Age: 22
Occupation: Defence Attorney at Wright & Co. Everything Offices

An up and rising star in the courtroom, Apollo is still on his way to becoming an experienced defence attorney. Hot-blooded and quite proud of his "Chords of Steel," Apollo can come off as a bit of an uptight guy who likes to play by the rules. He can also come off as a bit sarcastic when we see through his perspective in the game, but he's still a bright man at his age. Apollo looks up to both his mentor Kristoph Gavin and former attorney Phoenix Wright when it comes to law, and is a little dependent on advice.

Unlike most people, Apollo was an orphan. We never hear if he was actually adopted, all we learn is that his father is deceased and that his mother is gone. One thing we do know is that he has something others don't: the power to perceive through people's emotions. With the help of his bracelet and the advice of Trucy, Apollo has outwitted a witness in more that one occasion by just finding out their nervous habits—a pretty helpful ability, especially at the courtroom.

Still needing time to grow maybe Apollo may actually become a greater attorney than the legendary Phoenix Wright.

Trucy Wright
Japanese Name: Naruhoudo Minuki
Age: 15
Occupation: Magician at Wonder Bar, C.E.O. of the Wright & Co. Everything Offices

How does a fifteen year old manage through school, putting food on the table for her father and herself and run a talent agency all by herself? Simple. She's a genius.

Jokes aside, Trucy is really quite precocious. She can understand and situation and take action while trying to have some fun at the side all at once. Though she may come as a perceptive girl at times, the simplest things can still boggle her--most likely due to the influence of her daddy, Phoenix Wright. Her dream is becoming a grand magician--big stage and millions of people watching included--because of her biological family, the Gramaryes. She hopes to become just as great as them someday, but being the assistant of a defence attorney on the side seems quite interesting too. Joining Apollo in his adventures and bringing justice to the courtroom, Trucy has been a great help in assisting him.

With the new message she received from both her fathers, becoming a grand magician at her young age isn't a dream that's too far off.

Through a strange twist of events, Apollo meets Trucy in the most unlikely circumstances.

After the end of the most twisted first trial any defence attorney could go through, Apollo is left without a mentor and a job. Having nowhere else to go, he is convinced that Phoenix Wright is the only one who can help him much his dismay. Upon entering the Wright and Co. offices, Apollo is quite surprised to see the girl in front of him.

Clad in blue magician clothes she reveals herself and Trucy Wright, C.E.O. of the Wright Talent Agency. After some much needed introductions and explanations, Trucy has now become Apollo's assistant through his many suspenseful and exciting courtroom trials.

Even at their first meeting, anyone could see Apollo and Trucy's dynamics right then and there. Slightly different that Maya and Phoenix, it seems Trucy's now the one coming up with all the answers instead of Apollo. Though he gets babied through their first trial together, Apollo can really act like a big brother towards Trucy at times. Feeling overprotective at the fake-kidnapping, being dragged along at concerts, baby-sitting when her daddy isn't around...since meeting her it seems he was forced into the job, but nonetheless the two still care about one another genuinely. Trucy even states herself:

"It's like...like I found my long-lost, big, little brother."

With so many people leaving her in her life, Trucy has become quite attached to Apollo, and it doesn't look like she wants to let go anytime soon. Even with the short time they have spent together, they've both seen each other laugh, cry, smile, frown and more.

Something they both only share is an ability: the power to perceive though emotions. Though Trucy doesn't need a bracelet like Apollo to see though peoples habits, Apollo's power is much more evident that her own. Still, Trucy gives advice when Apollo can't pinpoint the exact habits he's looking for in court.

But why would these two share such a unique ability to see through another's lies? It all comes down to their mother, Thalassa Graymarye. Without even knowing it, Trucy and Apollo share the same biological mother, making them half-siblings. It's a family trait they both share through the Graymarye blood, but these two don't need to know that their brother and sister to act like it. It was something that came naturally. Even though they still don't know the secret of their real relation, the two are still close. Both Trucy and Apollo still have a long way to go until they reach their goal, but we can just leave at that until the next game. ;D
